I turned in 500 points for an Ashley lunchbag on 7/11. I received no confirmation email. When I emailed the company, they stated they had no record of my account or order. I logged in, copied my transaction history and emailed it back to prove the existence of my account and order. To date, no reply to any further emails. At the rate of 2 points per meal, it took a long time to accumulate 500. I want my points back OR the lunchbag I ordered (it was the pink and white one).
