Small stone w/Potatoes & Cheese

I was eating my daily Lean Cuisine dinner of Broccoli & Cheese and bit into something extremely hard. I had a small coal looking like stone in my meal. I checked my teeth, all there, not a filling. Don't know what it is. Saved box and info and hoping what I ate is okay.
