Bullhockeyed once to often - oil change service

I recently took my 2004 SSR in for an oil an lube job. I got a call about an hour after I dropped it off, saying I needed belts and a belt tensioner. I told them wait I would come and check an look at there recommendations first. I ran out of time so I called and told them go ahead but that I wanted all the old parts. I pick up the car and several hundred dollars later an they hand me 1 belt that is cut and its just starting to develop cracks, the tensioner, he wiggles and wobbles and then mutters well uh I'll have to show you in a vice, and then the uncut belt, still looks almost brand new, they outright cheated me.

Considering takin the belts to the BBB
