Charged my credit card - never delivered

I requested from nomorerack.com on January 14th and January 21st, plus they charged my charge card on these times. I simply received my charge card statement on January 31st with one of these costs, and yet they'venot actually delivered the things I requested nonetheless! Is that this legitimate?

I sent emails, however they do not appear to understand their a$ from their shoulder. They keep providing me reactions which are simply flat-out incorrect, nor reply the issues I emails them about.

I suppose I'm likely to need to contact my charge card business about that.
