Scam Alert

I noticed my checking account was overdrawn and called the automated service at my bank. There was a charge for $49.90 taken out that I had no clue about. I called the bank and they said it was from Direct Benefit Services. I told them I had no idea what this was and they gave me the number to call the company. The representative I talked to said I had signed up for this when I did an online loan. My question was, if I needed an online loan, why would I sign up for extra money to be taken out of my account, when I was in need of emergency money to be put in? I never signed up for this and she told me that they would refund my account by Feb 17. This is 3 weeks! I told her that was unacceptable and I needed it back asap. What they are doing is illegal. Someone needs to investigate this further and keep this from happening in the future. It looks like I am just one of many that this has happened to.
