Fraud Withdrawl from my checking account

A 49.90 fee was taken out of my account on January 27 without my auth. Have never auth or done biz with this illegal company. Also got charged an overdraft fee. You need to reimburse me for the amount you took out and my fee of $35.00. I was told this occurred because i signed up for something through citywestfinancial.com where I have no connection with either. I wasn't given their contact information. When I said I never got any benefit, email or anything otherwise, they told me I was sent an email. Since i didn't recognize it and it went through my spam folder, i most likely deleted it as I didn't have any connection with it.
