Rude Customer Services

I called to ask questions about their catering. A lady answered the phone and was very rude. I told he rI wanted to inquire about their catering and who do I need to speak with. She told me I would need to speak with Mr. Price. So I was like is he there. She replied he was but she was on a conference call. I was like so I can't discuss any catering business with him now. She replied no I'm on a conference call. I nicely said that's ok and hung up. How rude! At least she could have taken my number and maybe stated he would call me back!
