Lora Martinez Caterer forgot the main dish and was very unprofessional in dealings after the event

Lora Martinez aka LoLa's Burritos & Catering did not provide the food they promised and was very unprofessional when we tried to resolve the situation.
We met with Lora twice before the event to agree on the food she would provide and the price we would pay for her services. She let us know that this was a new business and she wanted to get it off the ground. She offered us a great deal on the food and promised that if we were not satisfied she would be more than happy to return all the money we paid to her.
The second time we met with her we gave her the total, in full. Obviously this was our first mistake. She promised that she would be at the event with the food 1 hour before it began. She assured us that we would not be dissappointed.
The day of the event she did not show up. She sent a couple of her family members to deliver the food almost 3 hours before our agreed time. We asked why she was not there, to which they replied that she was working at another job. This should have been a sign there might be a problem.
Once they were finished setting up the food we noticed that the main course was not there. We asked about this and the people who brought the food had no ideas what was going on. They called Lora to find out more information. We talked to Lora at this time and she assured they would be back with the main course. Needless to say they never came back.
We tried to call her numerous times to find out what was going on. Finally, we got a hold of her 3 hours after the event began. She said that she was at another job. She did not know why they did not come back. She was very apologetic and offered to return all of our money. I asked to call me back to let me know what was going on.
She did not call back until the next day, only to tell us that the food they forgot was eaten by her family. She offered again to return all of our money. We told her that was not necessary but we agreed upon an amount that was a little less than half. Seeing as we did run out of food at the event, we wanted to be compensated for the missing food and our troubles.
She did not show up at the agreed upon time to refund our money. She called and wanted to meet the next day.
She showed up the next day with only half the money we agreed upon. She said she had spoken with her business partner and they agreed this is what should be returned to us.
Shortly after this, my husband called her to get more information as to why she did not bring the full amount we agreed upon. She proceeded to become irate and yelled at him. She told him she fulfilled her end of the deal except for a small part. She said her lawyers told her she should not return any money and she hung up.
Overall, Lora Martinez aka LoLa's Burritos & Catering does not provide what she promises and is very unprofessional. I DO NOT reccommend using her for catering your event.
