Nonstick bandages

I usaually buy Target brand products, so it wasn't out of the ordinary for me to purchase their brand bandages. They were the flexible fabric assorted size package. I'm so upset that they don't stick, at all. I put them on my children & find them on the floor throughout the house! I will never buy their brand bandages again... I am a single mom on a fixed income & can't afford to waste money!
