Hugh Sable Vandal, Thief, Criminal that does not pay his debts

Hugh Sable, owner of Terra Verde Farms is a thief, vandal, criminal, liar and does not pay his debts! He did a lease purchase with us of an RV for his company. The lease was for three years and he was supposed to maintain it and pay it off after three years or return in the perfect condition in which it was leased. From day one we had to chase down our payments and even hire an attorney to get some of our payments. He did not do any of the maintenance required and returned the RV one year early still owing over $16,000 not including late fees, and attorney's fees that he is liable for according to the contract.

The RV has over $20,000 worth of damage some due to vandalism that he did to the RV as well as maintenance that he never performed. We are having to fight with his insurance company, we filed criminal charges against him for vandalism as he took a BLOW TORCH to the back of the RV, ripped off the motorcycle lift and the tow bar as well as tore out furniture, broke furniture and ripped out curtains and we are out well over $36,000. He of course has refused to pay although he is liable according to the contract. He refuses arbitration so now we are having to take it to civil court.

Stay away from this loser. He has done this to the previous owner of an RV he leased and had I known I would never have signed a contract with this criminal. BEWARE to the next person that he does a lease purchase with! Do not buy anything from this man either. With integrity like his, I would never eat anything that comes from Terra Verde Farms - it would have to be as disgusting as he is! Doing business with this company supports a thief, vandal, criminal and a liar that does not pay his debts!
