Borrowed money at a guaranteed 10% return after 60 days

A life long friend of mine was working at Terra Finance and told me he could get me a great return on my money. I loaned Terra Finance $30,000.00 and was in contact with them on a fairly regular basis, until they stopped returning my E-mail.

My friend was going thru some hard times and decided to re-instate his military career. He gave me a contact name and assured me everything was going good. I sent an email to this contact person and he E-mailed me back, reassuring me everything is fine.

I called Terra Finance on 10-21-08 and got no response. I got a disconnected message, so I decided to do a search. I came across this web-site with a complaint filed.

To make a long story shorter, I can't reach my life long friend who is currently stationed out of the USA. I can't reach the contact person and I can't reach
Terra Finance.
