Not the best - 16 foot container delivery

Our experience with PODS was very mixed. The driver was great, showed up on time and was proffessional and efficient. The service was great and saved us spending double on a moving service. Customer service was beyond awful. We had a 24hr HOA rule and upon ordering were told - no problems, they can pick it up ASAP we have that issue a lot. When we tried to arrange pick up we were told, no we are only in your area twice a week. It was like pulling teeth trying to get it picked up. Then, they finally did pick it up but not enter it into their online system. They were calling me a week later telling me they were coming to pick the POD up. Then they charged me almost $60 for the 'free shipping boxes' they told me I was entitled to. I emailed them half a dozen times and got no response and was charged for these items I did not order or want and only agreed to because they were 'free'. After ignoring all of my emails about that issue, now they send me emails that say 'we’re always thankful for having great customers like you and are thrilled you had such a great experience using PODS.' and direct me to leave positive reviews. I think not. PODS has a great service but their cusatomer service is pathetic making them a hassle and pain to deal with. I would not reccomend to them anyone unless saving money is more important than your sanity.
