Attention to scheduling - 16' moving and storage Pods

My experience overall with PODS was great, but make sure and allow yourself PLENTY of time to schedule pick up or delivery of the container. I was told I would be charged an extra month for a container that was ready to be picked up, but their schedule wouldn't allow a pick up. PODS did rectify the situation and picked up container the next day but not before phone hassle and 45 minutes to an hour on the phone. Other than that technicality, it was a good experience.
