Even though i have been a member of Kays for well over 15yrs i have had reason to complain to them for the last month about shoddy delivery, no exchange so far total lack of respect, customer care, explanations etc.
Permanetly getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse. So many different personnel dealing with my complaints that the right hand had no idea what the left hand was doing and then blaming someone else.
Total incompetence i would never ever recommend them to anyone. They had always been quite good to deal with until now but seem to have lost that bit of interest in their customers.
They have been that bad that i have not put my address down because it seems to have done no good in the last 4 weeks while they have palmed me off with excuses.
