Ordered cigarette for $9.95. Then co. Charged my credit card $149.50 and $69.90 without my authorization. When I got the unordered filters, I called and found out about the unauthorized charges. I told them to remove them immediately. I was told that (after a long argument) that I must return the paid for cigarettes and filters. I asked for a prepaid envelope to send them back in. They said no and If I didn't return the items they would recharge the full amount of the items. I kept asking for a supervisor and they refused to get me one for some reason or another. I called my bank and I am going to file a report with them tomorrow. I hope some one opens a class action suite. Count me in!!!
