Hello Everybody,
I would like to tell everyone that this company is the biggest bunch of theives you could ever encounter. The company I had worked for downsized and I lost my job, I needed money to keep pay my bills. I took the title to my truck to get the money with the promise of a job in a few weeks but that was put on hold. I have lost my house due to loosing my job. My wife and son are living with her mother and I am staying with mine. I know I owe the money on my truck I am not disputing that, they had a repo guy to come to my moms and drive off with it.

They didn't even give me a chance to get any of my belongings out of my truck. I had almost everything I owned in my truck. They took my clothes, my sons clothes, his bike, my tools, even my drivers license, mine and my sons birth certificate and social security cards. All I have are the clothes I was wearing they have everything else. I called and ask them if I could get my belongings back and was told no. They said they were going to inventory the belongings and I wasn't getting them back. I agreed to sale them my truck for the loan but not my entire life that was in the truck. Is this illegal for them to keep everything I own, or is there a way for me to get my belongings back they can have my truck for the money I owe. Please someone tell me what recourse I have.
