False Electricity notifications & Disconnection

I do not understand how the calculations are done to arrive at the following figures as per the email notifications from reliant smartplan department. The notifications are in the order as received in my inbox mails and as dated:

The question is, even if the rate of usage is $ 3.19 per day, how will they justify the above trend on a daily basis?
