Well, let's see where do I start. The Walgreen in Royal Palm Beach, Florida on Royal Palm Beach Blvd next to Publix needs to be closed down. My biggest complaint is the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist himself. They are very very rude people. They hang up on you when you have a discrepency about your meds. There's always a line because they are short staff. They constantly make mistakes on your meds. Something as simple as you will get a txt saying your meds is ready and when you go there it's not. Or they filled the wrong thing. When you show disgust they catch a attitude. I was waiting in line one day after a long day at work and the pharmacist is on the phone arguing with a customer and the line was long as hell in the store. Where are the other employees? It's a constant thing. I have lived in several other states and used walgreens and they are the best until I came here. It made me consider cvs. I just changed locations where the staff is much nices and more competent. Send undervover shoppers in there please
