Refill issues, pill shortage, lying

I have had nothing but bad experiences with Walgreens Drug Store. It's expanded more then a few years and it has been at almost every single Walgreens I have used so I can be lead to nothing more then to see this as their normal policy for what they do and how they treat customers.
I have had pill shortages often enough that I have it in my profile that they are required to count the pills in front of me before I pick them up. I have also call them to fax my doctor for my refills on my pain meds and my sleeping meds. One month they will fill them 7-9 days early another they will not fill them till the day of like for example if my meds were picked up May 25th they will not allow a refill pick up till June 25th. Even though for the same meds the month before I was able to pick up 7 days early. Another problem with them is that I will call to check the status of my doctor calling back for the refill they will tell me if was denied without reason which I will get upset with since I've seen the same dr forever and no issues i will call the dr office and after the standard 48hr wait for a call back come to find out they are irritated at the pharmacy because they APPROVED the refill 4 days earlier the pharmacist flat out lied. They have done that with my dr calling back for refills they have done that with saying my insurance is the problem they won't pay for my stuff till this certain day I call my insurance company and find out that is a flat out lie. This darn pharmacy company seems to think they are the Gods of the drug world. If the doctor says its fine for you to have your meds and the insurance company will pay for it it's nothing more then their job to take your copay and give you your meds! They really need to be investigated I'm sick of it I've called in on them before when I lived out in Crowley for it that pharmacist was fired. I thought that was the only store that was like that but since I've moved out to fort worth I've used 3 different ones all the same. I've since changed over to Target Pharmacy not a single issue at all from them on my meds, my refills, pick up dates, or pill shortage it's been great. I am seriously hoping someone takes some action and Walgreens gets looked at closely.
