Unauthorized charges

Our banking account continues to be debited the next costs for anything I've no recolection of. These costs weren't approved so when I contact the 800-number that's recommended using the costs it claims it's no further operating.

Costs: 10/25 - 2.95,11/15 - 49.95,12/15 - 49.95,1/12 - 49.95

I had been ready to locate their site on line and also have delivered them a contact but have received no reaction.
