Tony Roberts Harassment

Received a call today at work in regards to a collection matter. I was advised to return the call to a Tony Roberts with HPC at (904) 418-5000 x129. When I called him back, he answered the phone and put me one hold. Another individual answered the phone to take my call. At first it seemed he was willing to work with me, but when I said I didn't have the, "Good Faith" payment to start with, he wouldn't let me speak on anything else. He continued to be little me and threaten me. He eventually said he was going to contact the reporting agency who put in a claim against me and tell then I was unwilling to cooperate. He eventually hung up on me. What a jerk!!!
