W.T. Told me with an investment i would have my own webmall that would assure me pay off and a check every quarter to help me retire. This happened Feb i am yet to recieve a check or to here from

WebTech was fast on taking my money, with the statement telling me that i would have a nice return as a second income. Then they said with the more i invest the larger the return. I was to get my first check in August but got nothing. Now its Jan and there phones claim to be busy and they cant take a message to return my call. I have sent an email to find out whats going on with no answer. I got the feeling this is a scam that i bought into.
