Bruce tulio it seems that bruce tulio is the same in his personal life as he is in his professional life!

We are a small company that delivers home heating oil to customers who have oil heat. Bruce Tulio ordered oil for his residence from our company on Dec 8. He received 250 gallons of oil. He paid for his oil with a company check from IBE/USA in the amount of $735.00. His check bounced for non-suffient funds. When we contacted him about this matter he said he was away on business but would call when he got home.

Since then we have made countless phone calls. On the rare occasions that Bruce answers his phone, he says he will get back to us. We have left countless messages on his voicemail with no resolution of any kind. We are now in the process of filing a police report.

After reading the complaints on this site it seems that Bruce Tulio is the same way in his professional life. BEWARE of doing any kind of business with this man or this company.
