I have been alive for 76 years and I never have felt so cheated and violated by a scam company and that person that tricked me so bad Bruce Garvin. I contacted this company trying to price a hitch for my power chair and was greeted by the devil Bruce Garvin, he told me everything I wanted to here so he could make the sale. I now have this big ugly hitch on my car that has never worked properly. It is poorly constructed and made of cheap material and I found out that I could by a superior product from another dealer for much less. When I contacted Bruce Garvin and expressed my dissatisfaction Bruce Garvin laughed in my face and told me its on my car I own it. I could not believe after only two days he would not deal with me. I asked if he would take half the money and his chair back and he told me to go to hell. I warn anyone not to deal with someone with this kind of character, everything is good as long he is trying to get your money but once he gets it watch out.
