Sirius Tries to Block Cancelations

I sold my car 6 months ago and just noticed that I was still being billed. On the web site it puts you in an endless loop when you try to dig for canceling service. You must then call, which I did, which took 1/2 hour of my time, being transferred to two different reps. They continued to try and "offer" me more service specials for the car I sold and had little interest in canceling the billing. I find this highly deceptive and am skeptical that they actually cancelled my account.
