I just had multiple charges come out of my account from this 4pbilling.com over the last week. Charges from $44 dollars to. 36cents. When I tried to contact them the number listed was only giving a busy signal or rather disconnect signal. Would love to know who is behind this and plan on filing a police report ASAP!
