Completely Dissatisfied at Assistant Manager's attitude

I'm writing to express disappointment with the service i received at the Pooler, GA location with the assistant manager on 11/11/10 and her District/Senior Manager whom does not work for the organization in Pooler. Her attitude towards me was rude, un professional, and basically insensitive to my application and my needs as a customer. The branch manager was awesome, a jewel, and very friendly! However, the assistant manager acted as if I desperately needed their services for a $1,000 dollar loan after they mailed me a "Pre-Quailified" Letter from their home office. I've also been a loyal customer in the past with this organization in CT, MA, and NJ, never defaulting on a loan, and paying off all principal balances before their expiration dates. I felt as if I was interegated as If I'm some criminal. If you receive a "pre-screened" letter, do not go to this office at all! Go to Citifinancial, where I received assistance and an "unsecured" cash loan of $5,000. The are much more "people oriented, and my day ended on a very high note:)!! ~Anonymous
