I was looking over my bank statment and saw a charge for 79.99 on 12/28/10 for netspeed, i decided to check my previous statments and saw a charge on 11/28/10. I tried to call the company and i get a message about taking calls 9-5. Well it was 12 in the afternoon when i tried to call. I have no knowledge of these charges and i want my money back for the two months that they took out for. I will be calling my bank monday morning and stopping them from paying this netspeed.
