Unauthorized Charges on Credit Card

Noticed two unauthorized charges by this company on my credit card statement for $12.95 each..."I did not order any insurance"... I never even heard of this company before this! I had to cancel my credit card to prevent any more unauthorized charges by this company and I have also initiated disbutes for both transactions... Is this not fraud??? I sure didn't sign any papers for this!!! Be vigilant and keep a close eye on ALL of your accounts; credits cards and bank accounts!!! Next I'll be sending a letter to the Attorney Generals office in PA... After Googling this company it amazes me at all the complaints against them for this very same problemand they are still in business???!!!
