When I reviewed my credit card statement (Discover) I noticed Pro Value Plus Monthly made an unauthorized charge to my account. I never heard of this company or did business with them.
I did a little research and discovered many other people also had unauthorized charges to their accounts. This is not only fraud but theft. The company should be investigated and held accountable for stealing money from people's accounts
