Replace two pieces - Magformers

Hi,

I bought the Magformers Carnival Set for my son. The axle caps that hold the ferris wheel to its stand do not fit the axle, and therefore won't stay on. Which means that ferris wheel spin at all. Two little pieces mean that the whole set is inoperable. How do I replace those two pieces or the axle so that they will stay on?
