I got ripped off!

I placed an order on 12/6/10 and they debited my account on 12/7/10 but I never received the jacket and they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I am in the process of appealing the debit from my account. I also posted a complaint with the internet fraud commission. I hope I can get my money back.
