Got ripped off!

I ordered 2 jackets at first my order showed pending then another order popped up and showed processed. Four days later no status change. I emailed 2 times with no response and 2 phone calls with no response. I went onto the website and placed an order without paying and they sent me the same confirmation to my email as if I had paid. This website is a fraud!
