Defective merchandise

I purchased several paint brushes from this site, when they arrived I discovered the brushes were defects, not new brushes. The bristles were bent.
I sent them back and I never got a refund, this was months ago. There is no way to contact anyone, only email, they have no phone number. Don't order from this company.
