Illegally Charging Card: Charging Card with No Permission

On 12/27, i noticed a debit transaction in the amount of $124.30 in my bank account. I called to inquire about the charge and they told me that my wife bought a vacuum cleaner. I asked my wife about the charge and she said she purchased steam cleaner for $29.99 from the above company. Both my wife and I called the company and asked what the charges were about. They said my wife bought a vacuum cleaner and they were charging $59.99 for shipping. We told them not the ship the product and to cancel the transaction. They refused to work with me and told me that they would not refund us. We have not received any product or services. On 12/29, I checked my account again ans saw that the same company charged us again for an additional $102.30. My wife called to tell them to stop charging us and they continually hung up on us. I would like a full refund and and to protect other consumers from this fraud company.
