EZ Loan Protectiondebited my checking account for$30.00without authorization. I called 888-897-8045 and told the customer service rep I didn't solicit their service and unless I received a refund I would file complaints with every state and federal agency available. I was then offered $20.00. They said they were charging $10.00 for a processing fee. I told them I'd take the $20.00 and then file complaints until I got the remaining $10.00. They think they can charge a processing fee for something that wasn't authorized, I entered into no contractural agreement with them. I am getting a full refund within ten days. Call them, you'll get your money back. I spoke with Chase!!
