Cold stone creamery

My husband and I went to the cold stone at signal butte in Mesa, az. As we passed the little window I noticed the clerk picking up something from the counter and sticking it in his mouth. It took a couple of seconds to register what I saw so we decided to skip it. Well, pass the window again and there he is AGAIN. But htis time he has all 4 fingers in his mouth. I turned around, went into the store and told him that I just saw him stick his fingers in his mouth twice. His relpy "and?". I responded with It's gross, dirty and I will call the dept of health. At that point he said, 'what's the big deal, I was going to wash my hands". This kid had no clue!!
