The company or so called company, took money out of my account without my athorization, and now my sick daughter is suffering because i don"t have enough to cover her medications

On 12-27 I was in US Bank depositing money into my account and the bank teller told me I was $-115.00, She said it was from a"so called company" named Platinum Online Services that had taken a payment out of my checkings account, I have never heard of these people, they took out $99.94 out of my acount, They do have a phone number which I attempted to call several time and recieved nothing but a simple answering machine and left plenty of messages with these people and never recieved a phone call from anyone, I then googled there name to see if they have a web page and Ican not find anything but a very long list of webpages that other people have made complaing how they have been scammed also by this same Platinum Online Servies company, I recieve my unemployment in my checkings account through my USBanks checking accountand will not even get to see it, This is how i take care of my family and they have made our family suffer because of all of this, while they are stealing other peoples money. This has put me and my family in nothing but hardship, and these people need to be investgated and punished. The phone number I have for this Platinum Online Services is 1-818-255-9973, I did speak with a very unprofessional womanthe first time I called and stated she was only taking down notesand I would recieve a phone call from someone and never did. I know there are tons of other people being scammed also by these people, and they need to be investgated and punished for ruining all of us victims lifes.
