Love Seat Warranty Denial

I bought a sofa, loveseat, automan from Roomfull Express about 3 years ago. I was told by the salesman that if I purchased this warranty that my furniture would be covered for 10 years for any tears or any damage to my furniture. I purchased the warranty on all three items. I sold my parents house as part of an estate and I had to get furniture out of it and put it in my living room, dining room, celler etc. We were moving many items past this piece of furniture and apparently the fabric was snagged. I notified Ultra Shield immediately when I noticed it. I sent them pictures and they denied my claim. I then demanded the full purchase price of my warranty for all my furniture and they refuse to refund it. My warranty states as follows: The coverage listed is the coverage provided by this service agreement. Anything not listed is an exclusion. 1. Any food or beverages normally consumed by humans. 2. Human and pet bodily fluids (except feces) 3. Mold or Mildew4. Accidental rips, tears, and cigarette burns

My furniture is snagged and thus ripped.

Roomfull Express has filed for Bankruptcy and refuses to help!
