Got sick from bad food

I went through the drive through and ordered 48.00 worth of food. After the long wait i recieved my food and took it home. Once i got home, i opened the three market fresh sandwiches i saw how disgusting the food looked. I have pictures that im going to show upon request. There was barely any meat on the sandwiches, also they were slathered with mustard to the point that my wife, my 9 year old son or my 4 year old daughter couldnt even eat four bites. The potato cakes were frozen together at the middle, the jalepeno poppers were burned and awful. Also the patato cakes looked as if rats had been gnawing at them, there were literally bite marks taken out of them. Around four hours later, my son and i are voilently vomiting. I called to request a refund as i dont want that horrible food again, and was told i have to wait on the store manager to come in on sunday so he can call me to discuss the incident, let me ask is that fair, now my family is sick for the holidays. WELL MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US!!! Another thing is the employee at the drive through has no knowlege of the menu apperently as he told me that they havent sreved the maket fresh wraps for two years, when in fact i just ordered one in october of this year. If there is no refund of my money im confident that there will be a lawsuit
