RE: * Alert Consumer Complaint Nextorx representatives provide false information to customers like me. The information presented by the representatives is misleading. Management forfeits information and concoct statements made to customers during screened phone conversation - which customers aren't notified of. The false information is backed by dishonestly and poor business relations. Shoddy sales tactics include luring consumers with low introductory rates to entice them to sign-up. However once your BANK ACCOUNT INFO is provided charges will come through the roof. Once your account is billed, they will call back requesting (MORE-MONEY). Will never do business wth this company... Plase stay away they are sharks!!! I repeat desperate for money to the point they will * it from your acccount. Somebody please help. There's NO TALKING to these people they are just MEAN AND NASTY! Really they are curel please watchout! Bryan you agreed to act appropriately to resolve this matter, But this too was a dishonest lie, he never called me back when he was supposed to. I am still waiting to hear back from him since early this morning. Something is not right about this company. THEY ILLEGALLY RECORD CUSTOMERS CONVERSATIONS WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT.
