I selected an hot tub from choosedirect.com and contacted their sales department in April. They sent me a contract and I sent them a check for $6,466.99 on April 2. The hot tub was to be delivered in Late July early August. I call several weeks prior to ensure delivery would not be an issue. I called again late July and I was told delivery would not be until August, which then led toSeptember, thenOctober, then November.
I have been demanding my money back and they refuse to do so. They no longer return my calls or emails. They stole my money and I need help getting it back. I have been in touch with the San Francisco DA's office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. I have begun looking into getting my own attorney. I am looking for some recommendations on who to call next.
