Profiling (As I took it)

Went in to sign onto the sign in sheet. For daily work... Around 10:15 A.M. 12/22 Only one person was behind the desk. Regular employer. It was okay to stick around for awhile... Employer din't say anything. About sticking around.

Just a few minutes later. The Manager walks in. Draws my attrention. Ask of my business. I told him. That I had just sigh in for daily work. He say's you need to leave. No hanging around. His tone of voice didn't sound to good. I told him. That I just signed in. And when signing in and taking a seat. The first employer who was there didn't tell me anything about not sticking around... I told the Manager. Is it cause of the color of my Skin? Even though he said no. I still didn't believe. Him. I was still basing in this still. On his tone of voice from the begaining. I have been in that labor ready. Way before he had even started working there. And peope were able to stick around for a short time incase something came in. If its a new policy then they should post it. No need to assme that we all know of their policies. He had told me that he was the Manager. That didn't mean anyting to me. I was still going to take it a little further. And I also told him my name..in-case he wanted to cross my name off. Or if he decided to not even call me...

Question... What is their policy. If someone sighs in and has no cell phone. Or lan line. How are they to be contacted...? I'm a tax payer like every one else. And we should all be treated with respect..
