Fraudulent VA lende

I received a letter from this company and called them about a re-finance of my VA home loan. They said they could get my interest rate down to around 4% and asked for copies of my note, insurance declarations, latest mortgage statement and a signed borrower's authorization form. After faxing these documents to Beth Southern at the cost of about $10.00, I received an email from her claiming they couldn't do my extend me the credit to refinance due to my credit rating being too low. Two weeks prior, I had a prospective employer do an inquiry on my credit file and there was no adverse credit contained in it. These people are obtaining personal information and then denying you credit.
