Never received certificate

Paid to obtain a delivery certificate. Money was paid through my bank account. Never obtained it and so they wouldn't help me whatsoever with this specific... Did not wish to hear of it... Personally i think i've been robbed of my money through this company. I did discover it was never mailed out and they'd not pay me. Sincerely, david k. Wilson
