I returned the Learn Excel CD rom, which your company received March 13th. It has been over a month and I still have not received my refund of $389.00 to my credit card account. I am unemployed and need the money to pay bills. I have spoken to a supervisor by the name of Ryan, who assured me that I would get the refund by the middle or end of April. Well where is it?
