Yeah, I received the same letter; saying I am a beneficiary to receive $350,000.00. I know of anything either. But they want $13.00 and a form filled out. Imagine them only spending. 44 cents for each letter and receiving $13.00 from everyone who tries to get this. I too did not try to contact them; for reasons if "something is too good to be true, IT IS".
