10-day notice to cure

I have received several threatening 10days notices to cure for a lot rent and mortgage account wherein I have sufficiently paid my balances on time each month. The company has received my payments, held them till after the late fee kicks in, then posted the payment to my account in order to make more money off me. They have done this same thing to several other residents in the community and am currently getting a petition signed by each resident who has experienced the same thing. I have proof of each payment date and copies of cleared checks through my account as evidence, amongst an entire file of letters I have written this company.
