Clerk refused to sell me gas because I was paying with $30 in one dollar bills

At 6:40pm on 12/12/10 on the corner of Motor/Palms Ave @ the ARCO am/pm gas station the clerk by the name of Jose Ganzales was refusing to sell me gas because I was paying with single dollars bills. He kept arguing & telling me he wasn't going to accept all of those bills. It wasn't until I finally told him it was cash & he needed to take my money or I was going to file a complaint. But, only after 20 minutes of arguing. I couldn't believe it. I would have left but I didn't have a drop of gas I needed to pump gas. I couldn't believe how rude he was & I couldn't believe he was refusing to accept my money simply because they were single dollars bills ($30). I'm trying to complain but don't know to whom or where. Please advise me. Thank you.
