Efusal of sale, manager made racial comments

I ran out of gas at the fashion valley mall, we walked over to the arco gas station, my friend picked up a gasoline can and put it on counter to purchase it. The manager refused to sell the gasoline can and my friend asked why. He said he owns the place and sells to who he wants to. I came forward because I could hear there was problems purchasing the gasoline can. I asked what the problem was and we were both 18 and we ran out of gas and why wouldn't he sell us the can. He said once again he is the owner and he can sell what he wants, he then started calling me racial comments and names over and over. I couldn't believe the horrible racial names and I called the police, and said since there were no assults I would need to start complaints. They listened to my complaint and the manager seperately. There was an employee in the store that witnessed how we were treated. The police basicly told me I needed to call an make complaints. I have been trying to complain to corporate office of arco and nothing is being done. I Just feel so awful how I was treated and my friends and feel this person needs to be accountable for his actions. Thank - you Kenny.
